Engineered with two primary components—a robust, lightweight tubular aluminium frame and a premium stretch fabric cover—these walls combine durability with elegance, creating an impressive display.
The fabric cover, crafted from 260gsm stretch material, fits smoothly over the curved frame to provide a tensioned surface, giving a seamless and polished look. The cover is printed single-sided with a white reverse as standard, or double-sided at no extra cost, allowing you to feature the same or different artwork on each side for added versatility. Graphics are produced in-house using the VUTEk FabriVU 340, delivering vivid, high-definition results that make your brand or message pop in any indoor setting.
Easy Assembly and Portability
Setting up your Curved Fabric Wall is simple and takes just about 10 minutes, typically requiring two people for a perfect fit. Once in place, the cover is secured with a zip fastening at the bottom, maintaining tension across the entire frame for a sleek finish. Lightweight and compact, the aluminium frame and fabric cover are easy to transport with the included carry bag, which fits the hardware and, for smaller sizes, the graphic as well. Larger graphics can be easily folded for storage and travel.
Sustainable and Reusable
Sailflags’ fabric covers are designed for repeat use. The washable material can be replaced with new graphics to keep your branding fresh or to align with specific events. Simply order additional graphics to swap out when needed. Plus, any outdated covers can be recycled with textiles, helping you minimise environmental impact.
