Unlike standard banner materials, ToughTex is built to maintain its structure and tension over time, helping to reduce sagging and wear. This makes it a reliable choice for construction sites, perimeter fencing, outdoor events, and long-term displays where performance matters.

Printed using advanced dye-sublimation technology, the ink is infused directly into the fabric rather than sitting on the surface. This produces vibrant, long-lasting colour, sharp detail, and a finish that won’t crack or peel.

Designed to go further, ToughTex banners can last up to 50% longer than standard banner materials, helping reduce replacement frequency and overall cost.

Once your artwork is approved, most printed banner orders move through print, finishing, and preparation within 3–5 working days.

For larger quantities or more detailed jobs, production may take slightly longer — we’ll always confirm clear lead times when your order is placed.

If any changes are needed, our team will update your artwork and resend it for sign-off before printing begins, ensuring everything is exactly as expected.

ToughTex uses a special interlocking weave rather than a traditional knit, which significantly improves its resistance to tearing, cutting, and stretching. While standard fabric banners are designed for appearance and ease of use, ToughTex is engineered for strength and longevity, particularly in tougher environments.

ToughTex is ideal when you need a banner that will withstand ongoing stress, such as wind movement, handling, or public interaction. Compared to PVC, it offers a more flexible, fabric-based solution that won’t crack over time, and compared to standard fabric, it provides far greater durability. It’s a strong choice for fencing, construction sites, and exposed outdoor areas. It’s also machine washable – keep your message clean and clear.

ToughTex performs very well in wind due to its flexibility and strength. Unlike rigid materials that can strain at fixing points, ToughTex absorbs movement without easily tearing. For very exposed locations, it can also be paired with mesh-style installations or appropriate fixing methods to further improve performance.

One of the key advantages of ToughTex is its resistance to stretching. The interlocking weave helps the material maintain its shape and tension, even with repeated use or prolonged installation, reducing sagging compared to standard fabrics.
