Fabric shell scheme graphics are the fastest way to turn a plain white exhibition stand into a fully branded space. Each panel is custom printed in full colour with your logo, imagery and messaging. Panels are made at 1m wide by 2.4m tall to match the standard shell scheme wall module, and you can order exactly as many as your stand needs.

Rigid foamex boards are often binned after a single show. Our printed fabric panels are reusable, machine washable and light enough to carry in a holdall. Hook velcro is sewn along each panel, so it fixes straight onto felt-faced shell scheme walls. For hard walls, we supply self-adhesive loop strips.

Every panel is printed on our HD recycled polyester fabric (220gsm) using dye-sublimation. The result is crisp detail and deep colour that hold up when visitors are standing a metre away. The fabric is crease resistant and can be steamed or cool ironed. Panels are made in our Cornwall factory and come with a free professional design proof.

Organisers supply a shell scheme stand with walls, a fascia board and carpet, and that’s about it. Exhibition shell scheme graphics cover the bare wall panels with your branding, so the stand looks designed for your business rather than rented by the day. This matters on a busy show floor, where visitors decide in a few seconds whether a stand is worth a closer look.

Our shell scheme graphics are printed onto fabric rather than rigid board or rollable film. That changes how you use them. A full set folds into a bag, travels as hand luggage or in a car boot, and goes up in minutes with no tools. When the show is over, the panels come down cleanly and can be washed, folded and kept for the next event. Over a season of exhibitions, they cost a fraction of reprinting rigid boards for every show.

UK shell scheme stands are built from wall sections set between aluminium uprights, with a fascia board across the top. Each of our printed shell scheme panels is 1m wide and 2.4m tall, covering one wall section from the floor to the underside of the fascia.

The visible wall area varies slightly between shell scheme contractors, and you’ll often see figures of around 950mm x 2340mm in exhibitor manuals. If your manual gives different dimensions, send them to us before ordering and we’ll confirm the fit.

An inline stand sits in a row with one side open to the aisle. A corner stand has two open sides. If you’re unsure which you’ve booked, the stand plan in your exhibitor pack will show it. Send it to us and we’ll confirm your panel count.

The fixing you need depends on the wall finish your organiser’s shell scheme contractor uses. You’ll find it in the exhibitor manual.

Felt Walls

Most UK shell schemes use felt-faced wall panels that accept velcro. The hook velcro sewn onto your graphics grips the felt directly. Line each panel up under the fascia, press it on, and you’re done. Nothing else is needed, and the panels peel off cleanly at breakdown.

Hard Walls

For melamine, laminate or other smooth walls, add our self-adhesive loop velcro strips to your order. Fix the strips to the wall, then press your panels onto them. Simply peel them off when the event has finished.

Designing Your Shell Scheme Stand Graphics

Good shell scheme stand graphics are designed around the stand itself, not just scaled to fit it. Before you design, keep these in mind:

Mind the uprights. An aluminium post sits between every wall section. Keep faces, logos and text clear of the panel joins, or they’ll be partly hidden.
Put your message high. Tables, pop-ups and visitors hide the bottom metre of the wall for most of the show. Place your logo and key message above table height.
Use the corner. On a corner stand, the panels either side of the corner post are seen from two aisles. They’re the best spot for your strongest image.
Keep it simple. A shell scheme graphic is read from the aisle in passing. A bold image, your logo and one clear line will outperform a wall of text.

Production Time

Once your artwork is approved, most shell scheme graphics orders are printed and finished within 3–5 working days. If your order is large, we’ll confirm timings when you place it.

Artwork Approval

Production begins once you approve your proof. If anything needs changing, we’ll update the design and send a revised proof before printing.

UK Delivery

Orders go out by tracked courier and typically arrive the next working day in mainland UK once production is complete.

Shell scheme graphics are printed panels that attach to the walls of a standard exhibition shell scheme stand, covering the plain wall sections with your branding. Ours are printed on fabric in 1m x 2.4m panels, with one panel per wall section.

Hook velcro is sewn along each panel, which fixes directly onto the felt-faced walls used by most UK shell schemes. For hard walls, we supply self-adhesive loop strips. Check your exhibitor manual first, as some organisers restrict adhesives.

For exhibitors attending more than one show, usually yes. Fabric graphics fold for transport, are reusable and can be washed between events. Rigid boards are bulky, mark easily and are often thrown away after a single use.

Our HD fabric is crease-resistant, so most panels hang flat straight from the bag. A quick pass with a steamer or a cool iron removes any folds that remain.

Yes. Our HD fabric is certified flame retardant to DIN 4102-1 B1, NFPA 701 Test 1, NF P92 M1 and EN 13501-1, covering the German, US, French and European standards. Many exhibition organisers ask for proof that stand-dressing materials are flame retardant, and we can supply a certificate on request for your exhibitor manual or venue.

Yes. Many exhibitors run one continuous image across the full stand. Keep key details clear of the panel joins, where the uprights sit, and we’ll check the alignment on your proof.
