The Automatic Pop Up Counter rises to full height from a single touch, giving you a branded counter for sampling, demos and events in a matter of seconds. Choose a compact oval or a wider square shape, both standing 1 metre high with a solid black worktop.
Your branding is printed in full colour onto a stretch fabric wrap that covers the whole counter, so it looks sharp from every side. There are no tools and no loose parts: one person can have it dressed and ready in around two minutes, then fold it flat into its carry case at the end of the day.

The Automatic Pop Up Counter is built for teams who set up and pack down at speed. Release the frame and it lifts itself to full height in seconds, ready for a custom printed fabric wrap that carries your branding all the way round. Oval and Square Automatic Counters
Both versions stand 1 metre high, a comfortable working height for serving samples or talking customers through a product. The oval is the more compact of the two and suits smaller stands and busy walkways, while the square gives a wider, deeper worktop and takes a heavier load.
Each counter is dressed with a stretch fabric graphic that wraps the whole body, so your branding is visible from every angle.
Both counters share the same self-rising frame and quick set-up. The choice comes down to the space you have and what you plan to put on top.
Oval Counter
Choose the oval for smaller stands, retail aisles and in-store sampling, where a compact footprint matters. Its rounded shape feels approachable and is easy to walk around.
It carries up to 15kg and weighs 10kg, so it is the easier of the two to move between venues.
Square Counter
Choose the square when the counter is the focal point of your stand. The wider front gives your branding more presence, and the larger worktop holds up to 20kg.

Self-rising frame
Open the carry case, release the frame and it lifts itself to full height. There are no poles to connect and no small parts to lose.
Dressing the counter
Pull the fabric graphic down over the frame and fit the worktop. One person can do the whole job in around two minutes, with no tools.
Packing away
Remove the worktop and graphic, press the frame back down and it folds flat into its case in seconds, ready for the next event.

The automatic counter is quick to order, but a few decisions made upfront will get the best from your display.
1. Choose your shape for the space
Measure your stand before you order. The oval needs a 60cm x 35cm footprint and the square 80cm x 48cm, plus room for staff to stand behind.
2. Keep your logo high
The top third of the counter is what people see first. Place your logo and main message high, and keep important text away from the base, where feet and bags can hide it.
3. Design for the curve
The graphic wraps around the counter, so text placed at the sides will bend out of view. Keep key messages on the front face; our design team will check placement on your proof.
4. Plan what goes on top
The oval holds up to 15kg and the square up to 20kg. If you are displaying heavy stock or drinks, the square is the safer choice.
5. Count your lead time from artwork approval
Production starts once you approve your artwork proof, not when you place your order. Allow time for at least one round of amends if you are working to an event date.
Each shape has its own graphic template, because the fabric wrap is cut to fit the counter body. If you are supplying your own artwork, ask us for the oval or square template and we will send it over with guidance on bleed and safe areas. Prefer us to handle it? Our in-house design team will set up your artwork free of charge and send a proof for approval.

Artwork approval
Production starts as soon as you approve your proof. If you need changes, our design team will update the artwork and send a revised proof before anything is printed. Allow time for at least one round of amends if you’re working to a fixed date.
Larger orders
Bulk orders and more complex jobs can take longer. We’ll confirm your expected delivery date when you order, or in your quote.
