Fully assembled, the tent measures 3.2 metres wide, 3.2 metres deep and 2.45 metres high, giving you a generous covered area for an information point, a sampling station, a registration desk or a hospitality space.
The tent is made up of three parts: the inflatable frame, the printed canopy and, if you choose them, printed walls. Each is detailed below.
The frame is the heart of the tent: four air-filled legs that rise into a stable dome, with no poles, joints or tools.
Air-Sealed Legs
Once inflated, the frame is sealed and needs no power, so it stands silently all day.
Safe Pressurisation
Three inflation valves and three pressure-release valves make it easy to inflate the frame to the right pressure.
Durable Construction
The legs are made from tough TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) inside a removable polyester sleeve.
Quick to Inflate
Inflate the frame with a suitable air pump. An electric pump is available separately for the fastest set-up.

Every tent comes with a printed canopy. Whether you add walls depends on how you want visitors to use the space.
Canopy Only
An open canopy is welcoming and easy to walk into, making it ideal for sampling, information points and busy event fields where you want people to stop by.
It is also the quickest option to set up and the most cost-effective.
With Walls
Add one wall for a branded backdrop, two or three for a semi-private booth, or all four for a fully enclosed space for VIP areas, consultations, product launches or storage. Specify one of those walls as a zip door wall and the enclosed tent stays easy to get in and out of.

The inflatable frame means there are no poles to connect and no instructions to follow on the morning of an event.
Inflating the frame
Lay the frame out, connect a suitable air pump to the inflation valves and the legs rise into shape. With an electric pump, the frame is up in around two minutes.
Fitting the canopy and walls
Pull the printed canopy over the frame and fix it with the hook-and-loop strips, then zip in any walls you have chosen.
Securing and packing away
Peg the tent down, add guy ropes and fill the internal water-weight bags for extra stability. At the end of the day, open the release valves, roll the frame up and pack everything into the transport bag.

Canopy only feels welcoming and easy to enter. Walls create a backdrop or a private space. Think about how visitors will use the tent before choosing.
2. Put your logo up high
The upper canopy panels are visible from across a crowded field. Keep your logo and main message high, where tables and people will not block it.
3. Plan for the weather
The tent is rated for winds up to 24km/h (15mph) when properly secured. Always use the pegs, guy ropes and water-weight bags, and take the tent down in stronger winds.
4. Bring a pump
The frame inflates through its valves with a suitable air pump. An electric pump makes set-up much faster; ask us if you need one.
5. Count your lead time from artwork approval
Production starts once you approve your artwork proof, not when you place your order. Allow time for at least one round of amends if you are working to an event date.
The canopy and each wall have their own artwork template, so your design wraps correctly around the dome. If you are supplying your own artwork, ask us for the templates and we will send them over with guidance on bleed and safe areas. Prefer us to handle it? Our in-house design team will set up your artwork free of charge and send a proof for approval.
