A branded tablecloth is one of the simplest ways to transform an ordinary table into a professional promotional display.

Our Traditional Printed Tablecloth has been designed specifically for events and exhibitions. Rather than using an oversized cloth that hangs unevenly around the table, this version uses a simple top-and-drop construction.

The upper 74cm section sits across the tabletop, while the lower 74cm section hangs vertically down the front.

This creates a large uninterrupted area for your branding while keeping the rear of the table completely open.

Production Time

Once your artwork has been approved, most tablecloth orders are printed, pressed, sewn and prepared within 3–5 working days. Larger orders or more complex jobs may take slightly longer, but we will always confirm expected timings when your order is placed.

Artwork Approval

Production begins once your artwork proof has been approved. If changes are required, our team will update the design and send a revised proof before printing.

UK Delivery

Orders are shipped using a tracked courier service. Delivery is typically next working day within mainland UK once production is complete.

No. This is a top-and-drop design, so the fabric covers the tabletop and hangs down the front only.

The back remains completely open, giving you easy access to boxes, bags, literature and other items stored underneath the table.

We also offer a stretch-fit tablecloth with the option of a closed back.

Yes, our HD fabric tablecloths are machine washable, making them easy to keep clean between exhibitions and events.

Wash on a handwash / gentle setting and leave to fully dry before using a cool iron to remove any creases.

Yes, the HD fabric has stain-resistant properties, helping to protect against everyday marks and minor spills.

We still recommend dealing with spills as soon as possible rather than allowing them to dry into the fabric.

The design is produced using dye-sublimation printing, which permanently bonds the colour into the fabric fibres rather than simply printing ink onto the surface.

This makes the print particularly suitable for a reusable, washable display product.
