As we make them in-house, there is no minimum order and banners can be turned around very quickly, if you have run out of time, for example.

When can you deliver banners?

You can choose the delivery date, that is to say, you just need to let us know when you need the banners and we will plan that for you.

We always work with you to ensure the banners are delivered on your preferred date. Standard, non-urgent orders are sent within 7 working days, for example.

More urgent orders can be produced under our Express or Priority Service, within an agreed delivery window of 1-3 days.

In short, if you have an urgent request, please let us know asap.

Do you offer a free design service?

Yes. We offer a free design and proofing service, which ensure the banners will look just right, for example.

Your order is only completed once artwork is approved by you.

What’s included in the pricing?

Our prices include the banner, with the agreed finishing (we have a number of options available to you)

For example, most banners have eyelets on them, but you may need something else instead, like Velcro.

If you are purchasing a freestanding banner kit, everything you need is included in our quote. Similarly, if you only need the printed banner material, please let us know.

What’s the difference between standard and double sided printing?

Standard print – Single piece of banner material. Ideal where banner is laid against a wall.

Double sided print – 2 banners sewn back to back. All writing and graphics read or display correctly both sides.

How long will banners last?

Indoor Banners will last forever if they are looked after and stored away properly.

Outdoor Banners used over 2-4 weeks at a time are re-useable and can last for many years. Outdoor banners displayed permanently for many months are subject to prevailing weather conditions, that will often result in discolouration and deterioration.

We pride ourselves in helping you identify the right materials for the job, so the more information you can supply in terms of how the banners will be used and where they will be sited will help all round.

What is the difference between Display Material and PVC?

Display Material is environmentally conscious and can often utilise water based inks (also better for the environment)

PVC tends to use plastic based materials and inks that can be harmful to the environment.

What banner material do you use?

We generally use good quality environmentally conscious polyester knit material or heavy display material, according to how banners will be used (and whether they are needed for single use)
